Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Texas City, TX (USA) (BWC-NUSTAR Terminal, Dock 15); and the intended discharging port/place is Killingholme, UK. The laydays commence 06 May and cancel 13 May 2023, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service.
