Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is the Western Pacific/Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions: Hakozaki, Japan). The laydays commence 08 April and cancel 09 April 2023, and the charter period will be 45 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
