Military Sealift Command Norfolk has a requirement for the USNS BURLINGTON (T-EPF 10) for an Emergency Dry Docking (E/DD), commencing on/about March 21, 2023 for 21 calendar days. Submission of a capabilities statement is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist the Government as to the extent of shipyards available for this procurement. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. Due to the urgent and compelling need, the Government is exempt from synopsizing this proposed contract action or soliciting for 30 calendar days.
