Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece (MOH Terminal); and the intended discharging port/place is Mersin, Turkey. The laydays commence 16 May and cancel 18 May 2023, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
