Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Fujairah, UAE; and the intended discharging port/place is Mesaieed, Qatar. The laydays commence 16 March and cancel 18 March 2023, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
