Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece (MOH Terminal); and the intended discharging ports/places are Guam, USA and Yokose, Japan. The laydays commence 16 February and cancel 18 February 2023, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service.
