Each vessel shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 70,000 square feet of military cargo, and the minimum laden speed shall be 15 knots. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Gdynia, Poland or Riga, Latvia, charterer's option. The place/ range of redelivery is Beaumont, TX (USA).
