Intended Hazardous Material (without Guarantee). The intended Hazardous Material, without guarantee, is Hazard Class 1 Material, Divisions 1.1 through 1.4, and 20-foot ISO containers, average container weight of 29,000 lbs and with maximum container weight of 36,000 lbs. The maximum overall length of the vessel shall not to exceed 825 ft. /251.4 m. The laden draft shall not exceed 38.8 ft. /10.3 m, and the minimum laden speed shall be 13 knots. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, NC (USA), and the place/range of redelivery is Nordenham, Germany. The layday commences and cancels 29 January 2023, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The charter period will be 18 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service.
