Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Onsan, Korea); and the place/range of redelivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions: Yokosuka, Japan). The laydays commence 12 January and cancel 13 January 2023, and the charter period will be 90 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
