Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece (MOH Terminal); and the intended discharging ports/places are Salalah, Oman and Jebel Ali, UAE. The laydays commence 08 January and cancel 10 January 2023, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
