Barges are not acceptable for this movement due to the nature of the cargo. The minimum laden speed shall be 15 knots. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Berth 13, Yokosuka, Japan and place/range of redelivery is Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, Washington (USA). The layday commences 10 April 2023 and cancels 12 April 2023. The charter period will be 23 days. Set-aside Status: N/A.
