Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading ports/places are Jebel Ali, UAE and Fujairah, UAE; and the intended discharging ports/places are Augusta, Italy; Souda Bay, Crete; and Rota, Spain. The laydays commence 15 December and cancel 17 December 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
