Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Akasaki, Japan; and the intended discharging port/place is Kwajalein Islands, RMI. The laydays commence 20 December and cancel 21 December 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
