Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Hanawa Daesan, Korea; and the intended discharging ports/places are Akasaki, Japan; Iorizaki, Japan; and Hakozaki, Japan. The laydays commence 04 December and cancel 05 December 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
