Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Onsan, Korea); and the place/range of redelivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Yokosuka, Japan)). The laydays commence 18 November and cancel 19 November 2022, and the period of performance will be 45 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
