Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 250,000 bbls of clean product (intentions F76) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Arabian Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Sitra, Bahrain); and the place/range of redelivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Rota, Spain). The laydays commence 08 November and cancel 10 November 2022, and the period of performance will be 45 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
