Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 31,000 bbls of clean product (intentions F76, JP5 and MUR) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Akasaki, Japan; and the intended discharging port/place is Kwajalein Islands, RMI.
