The intended Hazardous Material (without Guarantee). Hazard Class 1 material, Divisions 1.1 through 1.4 and Hazard Class 2 material, Division 2.2, and the container have an average weight of 23,000 lbs and with a maximum container weight of 40,000 lbs. The maximum length of the vessel overall (LOA) shall not to exceed 656 ft./200 m., the laden draft shall not exceed 24.9 ft./7.6 m, and the minimum laden speed shall be 13 knots. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Military Ocean Terminal Concord, CA (USA), with no coastwise movements. The layday commences and cancels 12 December 2022, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The charter period will be 86 days. Set-aside Status: N/A.
