LAND (AS-39) requires the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to survey the Port and Starboard 5-ton cranes in preparation for the upcoming ROH. The period of performance is anticipated to begin 13 September 2023 with final deliverable 03 November 2023. See attached solicitation and sole source memo for additional details. Amendment 01 is posted to update the POP to begin 14 September and to update the dates required to be onboard the ship in Guam.
