This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is N3220523Q2237 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). It is anticipated one firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued in response to this RFQ. No commercial financing. This is a Brand Name requirement for TURNBULL (OEM) Armory Lockers. Refer to the following drawings NAVSEA 760-8614867, NAVSEA 804-4444648E & TURNBULL 682B-001-OA. The noted lockers will need to be manufactured by TURNBULL and are not available off the shelf. No substitutions are authorized. Any offer for other than OEM will not be considered. The required delivery is FOB Destination and acceptance date is 02 April 2024. Delivery and acceptance will occur at MSC BATS San Diego, 9284 Balboa Ave. San Diego, CA 92123.
