This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends on awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to Rolls-Royce Marine North America, Inc., on a sole source basis for the aforementioned services. A properly approved Other than Full and Open Competition Memo is included as Attachment III. It is expected that award will be made by no later than 04 August 2023. Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires an OEM Facility to perform Propeller Blade Bolt Assembly Overhaul; inspect, perform cleaning prior to re-flashing, and re-flash previously used propeller bolts.
