This is a market survey for acquisition planning purposes, and no formal solicitation exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. The potential requirement is for the services of two (2) full-time small arms instructors to support Government instructors with the teaching and qualifying of government personnel using a Small Arms Marksman (SAM), Advanced Watch stander and Ships Reaction Force training. The instructors will teach the training courses at the following ranges: Commercial range (C2) in Virginia Beach, VA (Pungo area), Government owned/operated range at Fort Eustis, VA, and the M-14 contracted range at Jamaica, VA.
