Each vessel shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 70,000 square feet of military cargo from the cargo list and a minimum laden speed of 15 knots. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Tacoma, Washington (USA), the place/range of redelivery is San Diego, CA (USA), and the laydays commence and cancel 27 September 2022, with owner/offeror to indicate estimated time of arrival (ETA). The period of performance will be for 55 days for each awarded charter. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service.
