Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with segregated ballast tanks, capable of carrying a minimum of 40,000 bbls of clean petroleum product (intentions JP5, JA1, or F76) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Akasaki, Japan); and the place/range of redelivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Okinawa, Japan). The laydays commence 07 September and cancel 08 September 2022, and the period of performance will be 35 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
