Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Arabian Gulf, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Sitra, Bahrain); and the place/range of redelivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Rota, Spain). The laydays commence 12 October and cancel 14 October 2022, and the period of performance will be 45 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
