Each vessel shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 85,000 square feet of military cargo from the cargo list. The minimum laden speed is 15 knots. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Shuaiba, Kuwait; and the place/range of redelivery is Beaumont, Texas (USA). The layday commences and cancels 24 September 2022; offerors are to indicate estimated time of arrival. The charter period will be 38 days for each vessel charted. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
