Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks, capable of carrying a minimum of 200,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JP5, JA1, or JP8) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions St. Theodore, Greece); and the place/range of redelivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Piraeus, Greece). The laydays commences 25 August and cancels 26 August 2022, and the period of performance will be 45 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
