Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Sitra, Bahrain and the intended discharge port/place is Jebel Ali, UAE. The laydays commence 28 July and cancel 29 June 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the U.S. and its outlying areas.
