Each vessel shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 85,000 square feet of military cargo from the cargo list. The Main Cargo Deck and Door Height Clearance shall be greater than or equal to 6.25 meters/20.5 feet and the minimum laden speed is 15 knots. Place of Contract Performance: The place / range of delivery is Beaumont, Texas (USA) and the place / range of redelivery is Esbjerg, Denmark. The layday commences 25 July and cancels 30 July 2022; offerors are to indicate estimated time of arrival (ETA). The charter period will be 22 days for each vessel charted. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
