Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Arabian Gulf, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Sitra, Bahrain); and the place/range of redelivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Rota, Spain). The laydays commence 26 June and cancel 27 June 2022, and the charter period will be 45 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the U.S. and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
