The term “vessel” shall apply to all three configurations. Vessel shall be capable of the safe carriage of a minimum of 500 tons (LT) of a mix of the following: bulk; break-bulk; or containerized cargo and have capability to transport Explosive and Hazardous cargo up to IMDG HAZMAT Class 1.1- 1.4. Place of Contract Performance: The intended place/range of delivery and redelivery is Cape Canaveral, Florida (USA). The layday commences 22 August and cancels 24 August 2022; offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The charter period will be 180 days, with one 90-day option period. Set-aside Status: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, Commercial Item basis. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
