Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Mediterranean, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option and redelivery is the North Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option. The laydays commence 16 May and cancel 17 May 2022; the period of performance will be 79 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the U.S. and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
