Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Texas City, TX (BWC-NUSTAR Terminal, Dock 15) and the intended discharging port/place is Killingholme, UK. The laydays commence 27 April and cancel 29 April 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the United States and its outlying areas.
