Place of Contract Performance: The intended place/range of delivery is Japan/Korea Range and port in charterer’s option (Intentions Akasaki, JPN); and the intended place/range of redelivery is Japan/Korea Range and port in charterer’s option. The laydays commence 24 April and cancel 25 April 2022, and the period of performance will be 45 days with one 45-day option. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
