Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Singapore (Singapore Vopak Bayan Terminal) and the intended discharging port/place is Guam Echo Terminal. The laydays commence 06 May and cancel 07 May 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the United States and its outlying areas.
