Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place Sitra, Bahrain; and the intended discharging ports/places are Fujairah, UAE; Diego Garcia; and Doraleh, Djibouti. The laydays commence 08 April and cancel 09 April 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the United States and its outlying areas.
