The laydays commence/cancel on 01 October 2022. Place of Contract Performance: The vessel will operate worldwide with the vessel primarily in Virginia. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service.
