Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is the Mediterranean, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option. The laydays commence 20 March and cancel 21 March 2022; the period of performance will be 60 days, with Charterer’s option to cancel any time after 30 days without notice. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the U.S. and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
