Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece, and the intended discharging ports/places is Mersin, Turkey. The laydays commence 05 April and cancel 06 April 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on review of previous procurements and knowledge of the current chartering market. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
