Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece (MOH Terminal), and the intended discharging port/place is Rota, Spain. The laydays commence 10 April and cancel 11 April 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the U.S. and its outlying areas.
