Description: Request one U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a portion of 89,192 square feet (7,099 short tons) of military cargo (wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk). Each vessel shall have a minimum military useful capacity (measured in square feet) of 60,000 square feet and minimum laden speed of 15 knots while laden. 17. The place/range of delivery is the Charleston, SC (USA) and redelivery is Alexandroupolis, Greece. The layday commences 06 March and cancels 14 March 2022, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The charter period will be 22 days. 18. Set-aside Status: Unrestricted. The decision to release this solicitation on an Unrestricted, Commercial basis is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service.
