Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with segregated ballast tanks, capable of carrying a minimum of 36,000 bbls of clean petroleum product (intentions JP5, JP8, F76, and/or JA1) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Japan/Korea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Ulsan, Korea); and the place/range of redelivery is Japan/Korea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option. The laydays commence 18 February and cancel 19 February 2022, and the period of performance will be 45 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the U.S. and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
