Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place St. Theodore, Greece (MOH Terminal), and the intended discharging ports/places are Souda Bay, Crete and Augusta Bay, Italy. The laydays commence 08 February and cancel 09 February 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the United States and its outlying areas.
