THIS IS A LIMITED SOURCE PROCUREMENT. The Government will negotiate on a limited source basis with the OEM(s) identified below, utilizing the authority for other than full and open competition located at FAR 6.302-1. The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires a broad range of OEM systems, OEM parts, and OEM qualified service providers to maintain the following systems/parts and associated systems contained within the MSC class T-AO 205 and T-AKE vessels. The required OEM certified parts and services are necessary to maintain the three (3) following systems: i. T-AO 205 Class Automation and Controls (OEM Trident Maritime Systems LLC – RAACI Division) 1. TMS Brand Equipment that is already installed aboard the T-AO 205 Class includes Control Consoles (i.e. Main, Cargo Ballast), Control Systems (i.e. Machinery Centralized/MCCS, Propulsion), Control Station Equipment, Control Cabinets, UPSs, Data Acquisition Units, Network Switch Unit, Alarm Panel, Switch Boards (i.e, Main, Ship Service, Emergency), Ship Service Transformers, Power Substations, Load Centers, and Motor Control Centers. ii. T-AO 205 Class HVAC Equipment (OEM Trident Maritime Systems LLC – IMECO & Callenberg Division) 1. TMS Brand Equipment that is already installed aboard the T-AO 205 Class includes sensors, air handlers, fans, blowers, coils, purge/pumpout systems, filters, dampeners, dehumidifiers, and heaters. iii. T-AKE Class Refrigeration Equipment and Controls (OEM Trident Maritime Systems LLC – IMECO Division & OEM Johnson Controls Inc. Sweden) 1. TMS Brand Equipment and/or OEM equipment that TMS is the sole authorized service representative that is already installed aboard the T-AKE includes controller panels, sensors, packaged A/C units, compressors, pumps, motors, controllers, air handlers, fans, blowers, coils, purge/pumpout systems, filters, dampeners, dehumidifiers, and heaters.
