Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 285,000 bbls of clean product (intentions F76) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Sitra, Bahrain; and the intended discharging ports/places are Jebel Ali, UAE; Fujairah, UAE; and Diego Garcia. The laydays commence 06 January and cancel 07 January 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the U.S. and its outlying areas.
