Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Singapore, Singapore; and the intended discharging ports/places are Salalah, Oman; Fujairah, UAE; and Jebel Ali, UAE. The laydays commence 04 January and cancel 05 January 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the U.S. and its outlying areas.
