Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece; and the intended discharging port/place is Souda Bay, Crete. The laydays commence 26 December and cancel 27 December 2021, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the U.S. and its outlying areas.
