The laydays commence/cancel on 01 March 2022. Place of Contract Performance: The vessel will operate out of Virginia Beach, VA and throughout the western Atlantic Ocean, Key West, Florida, Gulf of Mexico, and Caribbean and be required to pull into military and civilian ports as needed by specific training evolutions. The operational areas will be discussed with vessel operator prior to conducting ship load out. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Small Business Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
