See attached Amendment 0001 for full details. *****************************************************************************************************************************************************The solicitation is for the time charter of one U.S. Flag, Jones Act Compliant, double hull tanker with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBTs) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 310,000 BBLS of clean petroleum products (intention JP8, JP5, F76) within the vessel’s Natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract with pass-through expenses (for port charges and fuel).
