AMENDMENT 0001- Extension to Solicitation and to add Q&A This requirement is to obtain contractor services to provide manpower and equipment to erect 200 each of these Government-Furnished Material (GFM) upright racks and beams in MSC’s warehouse located in Bldg. W-143, 1968 Gilbert Street, Naval Station Norfolk. The GFM upright racks and beams are currently already on hand in the warehouse in Bldg. W-143. The period of performance was updated from 26 SEPT- 26 OCT 2022. The service location is Norfolk, VA and is subject to Service Contract Act and wage determination WD 2015-4341.
